30-day love-it guarantee

Try Pause for 30 days. If it isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of your first jar under our satisfaction guarantee. Original shipping is not refunded and the guarantee is limited to one use per household.

Our satisfaction guarantee is in addition to, and does not exclude, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene reasons we can't resell returned products. Please email us first at hello@themodernvillage.com.au so we can process your return without you having to post anything back.

Damaged or missing orders

If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know within 7 days with your order number. A photo helps us resolve it quickly, but it isn't required. We'll replace it at no cost.
